1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Room4Life you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Room4Life is a personal wellbeing and boundaries management platform. It provides daily check-ins, AI coaching, journaling, life moments planning, and related insights.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive 14 days of full access at no charge. No credit card is required. After the trial, a paid subscription is needed for premium features.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Monthly plan: R99.00 per month.
• Quarterly plan: R249.00 per quarter.
• Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd.
• All subscriptions are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. To stop recurring billing, also cancel the subscription through PayFast or your bank.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and POPIA Statement.

7. AI-generated content

The AI Involvement Coach provides suggestions based on the information you share. These are advisory only and should not replace professional advice. Use your own judgement before acting on any recommendation.

8. Limitation of liability

Room4Life is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovate Change & Leap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
