Processing is based on your explicit consent, given during registration, and is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Innovate Change & Leap.

Registered users of Room4Life.

Categories of personal information

• Identity information (name, email)
• Wellbeing data (energy, fulfilment, overload ratings)
• Encrypted journal entries
• Boundary and schedule preferences
• Payment references (via PayFast)

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Exercise these rights via the Privacy Centre in your account or by contacting the Information Officer.

Security measures

HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, AES-256-GCM journal encryption, role-based access controls.
